Refund, returns, and cancellation policies:

*If you have a return, return to address by logo.

*Prices, terms and descriptions subject to change.

*If you return an item to Low Vision Products and Training of ND, you will not be reimbursed shipping costs.

*You have a two week return policy.

*Refunds will be made when the product is returned in the original packaging and original shape.

*If you receive items that are defective we will replace that item.

*All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
